However, you are responsible for ensuring that the information printed on your checks is accurate.

A: If the printing error is ours, then we will gladly replace your checks at no charge. If you notice a printing error, please call Customer Service at 1-866-285-2334.

A: If the error is ours, then we will gladly replace your checks at no charge with the correct design. However, you may notice that the colors on your printed checks appear softer than they did on your computer screen. This is not an error. It ensures that your handwriting will be legible on your checks and that they can be easily scanned by your bank.
If we are replacing your checks, please feel free to use the checks you have until your new ones arrive. If you received the wrong check design, please call Customer Service at 1-866-285-2334.
